Hay House World Summit 2014 – Day 04 Review

Day 04 of Hay House World Summit was once again an eventful one. I found it hard to choose the speakers as the subjects covered today were all so exciting. I finally picked Deborah King as I have heard her before and her meditations are so good. Undoubtedly, I wasn’t disappointed and I enjoyed a couple of meditations that Deborah took the audience through.

Hay House World Summit 2014 - Day 04

Not just that, but she spoke about a few areas that were new to me. She spoke about the 8th Chakra and it was amazing to know about it and also do a meditation to connect to it. She also gave such an easy way to meditate (or you can call it as exercise – since we don’t even have to close our eyes) and activate all the 7 charkras. Something that you can do while driving, doing dishes or any monotonous work. Then she spoke about another interesting thing that I did not know – Thymus and how it is not only the seed for immunization, but it is also a seed to enhance the spiritual connection. Once again, it was great to do a simple, yet powerful exercise to activate the Thymus point. Something I will explore later and blog about in coming days.

Another session that I chose was of – Lisa Garr. I always liked her Aware Show and the way she had got herself circled with such amazing teachers. I had heard a little bit about her story, but in this interview, I think she is gave it out all. Apart from inspiration there were so many things to learn from her story. Along with these interviews, I sampled Ahlea Khadro’s interview and checked out her Worksheet. Although it seemed like she has this extraordinary capability to read people’s body and solve the physical issues, there were few things to learn from. Specially in her worksheet – like – Simple and effective exercises that can be done for people (like me) who work continuous in front of the computers.

I did not sample the Videos this time as much, although both were very powerful and thought provoking ones. Specially – The Shadow Effect. First, I thought it was more about drug addicts and how to recover from this dark, negative, but soon it turned out to be a shadow that each one of us have within us in form of guilt, shame, self-hate and so many different forms. I promised to come back and look at this in the reply if I can on Jun 10th.

If you listened to any of the speakers from Day 04, post your experience in the comments below. If you missed these session, you have an option to own the whole copy (100 Speakers + 20 movies + loads of Bonus gifts). Click here for more information –
