Zig Ziglar MyLifePuzzle pays a tribute to this Legend, who left us motivated, inspired and in-control of our own life,

Zig Ziglar (6-Nov- 1926 to 28-Nov-2012)

You will be always remembered.

Let’s take a moment and study following quotes from Zig Ziglar and see what we can learn from the master who helped thousands of people in our  generation.

“If you can dream it, then you can achieve it.”

“Rich people have small TVs and big libraries, and poor people have small libraries and big TVs.”

“Many marriages would be better if the husband and the wife clearly understood that they are on the same side.”

“Remember that failure is an event, not a person.”

“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great”

“If God would have wanted us to live in a permissive society He would have given us Ten Suggestions and not Ten Commandments.”

“The chief cause of failure and unhappiness is trading what you want most for what you want right now”

“You are what you are and you are where you are because of what has gone into your mind. You change what you are and you change where you are by changing what goes into your mind.”

“A lot of people quit looking for work as soon as they find a job.”

“Failure is a detour, not a dead-end street.”

“The more you are grateful for what you have the more you will have to be grateful for”

“Success is the doing, not the getting; in the trying, not the triumph. Success is a personal standard, reaching for the highest that is in us, becoming all that we can be. If we do our best, we are a success.”

“Statistics suggest that when customers complain, business owners and managers ought to get excited about it. The complaining customer represents a huge opportunity for more business.”

“Make failure your teacher, not your undertaker.”

“It was character that got us out of bed, commitment that moved us into action, and discipline that enabled us to follow through.”

“You were born to win, but to be a winner you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win.”

Ziglar is considered as the “Master of Motivation”, “One of America’s Icons’, “The salesman’s salesman” and “A legacy that will forever impact our history.” As tribute to this great man we are posting followig YouTube video, check what quality you can add to your life today.

It was his name that first drew me to his writing. I wonder if that was the reflection in his smile. His zest for life and confidence in it’s infinite possibilities kept me reading and quoting his brilliant summaries. Thank you for the opportunity to spend this time in appreciation of a stranger, a friend, teacher and source of inspiration. Thank you for the tribute list of his wisdom. This is another empowering Zig gift to the world from the genius who just kept on giving. May he rest in peace. My sincere condolonces to his family and friends

Thank you for the wonderful comment Ann. It is so true that is a giver and changed many peoples lives for the better. There are quite a lot of wonderful stories that people had changed their life after listening to Zig. One of the remarkable stories I’ve heard is that the story about Morries Goodman aka Miracle Man. When he was in the hospital with life threatening injuries he repeatedly listened to Zig and use that strength to get it recovered. Remarkable story. Again we are truly grateful to Zig. May be rest in peace.
